The day is observed to spread awareness about the preservation of human heritage and to make people aware of the dying cultures of nations. We at KPS celebrated this day by conducting a myriad of activities for the students. Grade 3 students made monuments on the paper plates highlighting the dire need for preserving our heritage. Grade 4 and 5 students showcased their talent by making travel brochures of heritage sites to create awareness about conserving our 'Heritage Buildings'. Grade 6 and 7 students displayed their concern through creative colourful posters. Grade 8 and 9 students shared their views on how they can contribute to the nation and the world at large. These little efforts of students can bring some changes that will make the past, the present and the future generations of the country and the world proud of India and its citizens.
