We know your device time is increased almost by 200% per day and it is not in your control. At the same time, your health is getting impacted in this time.
1. Request all of you to take care of your
posture while using these devices. You back should be straight and your neck should remain in movement.
2. Do not keep looking at the screen continuously... Keep looking up, left and right (both your eye balls as well as your head using neck should keep moving in all these directions independently). Kindly note I did not specify down as suggested direction as that is the default direction set while working on Computer/Computing device.
3. Do not look at the screen, when there is no demonstration or specific presentation is happening on screen.
4. Keep changing ear piece of hands-free left or right (only one at a time) to allow ear to function normally. (continuous use of ear Plugs may result in hearing loss)
5. Keep moving your legs and hands up and down and in circular movement.
6. Take breaks, move around, have water, and food as per appropriate timings. Do not have Food on different timings on different days as it will disturb your digesion system.
7. Drink hot water in the morning
8. Avoid consuming fatty foods
9. Close your eyes, refresh yourself within, open your eyes, restart a fresh - you will be able to work more effectively and efficiently.

TREES ARE OUR BEST FRIENDS
On the occasion of Van Mahotsav, the young kapsians of primary wing showed their love for trees by planting saplings as part of a virtual green drive, making posters, placards, headgears etc. The very creative and talented kapsians made beautiful tree craft and some even fashioned them out of foil paper. The young minds also reinforced the need to protect our environment through their thought provoking and powerful slogans. The enthusiasm and efforts of the students were commendable as can be seen.

It gives us immense pleasure in bringing forth the first edition of the e magazine "CORONA BUDDING WARRIORS". In this edition we have for you a wide range of work presented by our students paying tribute to the corona warriors battling against SARS-COVID 19 across the globe. The students of KPS wish to uplift the dreary mood of the populace and thank the toiling frontline workers in their own ways. To celebrate the 6th International Yoga Day -21st June, a Virtual Yoga Competition was organised for the subjunior and junior categories catering to age groups 5 to 9 years and 10 to 13 years respectively. The event emphasised on the imprtance of a healthy body and an active lifestyle. As our school believes in the holistic development of the child, Yoga forms an integral part of the school curriculum. The Kapsians were a delight to watch as they put their best foot forward, performing exquisite yoga postures with great agility and transitioning from one asana to another quite effortlessly. Heartiest congratulations to all the winners! Now we present before you the much awaited result.
